Teaching activity
- The doctor has worked with the Barraquer Institute to organise training sessions on vitreoretinal surgery for resident medical interns.
- He has also given classes on ocular ultrasound and electrophysiology for students of Pathology and Surgery of the Posterior Segment of the Eyeball during the 2021-2022 academic year.
Research activity
The doctor has actively participated in numerous clinical trials on macula disorders, and has also supervised ultrasound scans performed at the Barraquer Centre and reported on electrophysiological studies.

He has authored five scientific publications and presented over ten papers at congresses in Spain and around the world. He has also received two major awards from the Societat Catalana d’Oftalmología and from Laboratorios Thea.
